Why should I give favors?

Favors are the perfect way to make everyone feel appreciated and welcomed to the party. While you may not have time to greet and thank everyone at your event, the favor's presence will at least make everyone feel special.

Who should get a favor?

Ideally, each and every guest at the event, including any children present should receive a favor. You can even include entertainers in your count.

When to order my favors?

Your Kernel Fabyan's popcorn favors can be ordered at any time. We suggest you choose your deliver date a week in advance of your event.

How can I decorate my favor?

Favors can be made uniquely yours with a custom labels, allowing you to add a personal message. Another personalized idea is to add a coordinating colored ribbon across the top of your favor. Ribbons can be purchased at any craft supply store and added with a glue tab.

Which favor size is right for me?

Three gift bag sizes are available.  Small; is a 3.5" x 2" x 7.5" (1/10 gallon bag), a perfect token of appreciation at any gathering.  Medium; is a 4" x 2.5" x 9.5" (1/5 gallon) bag, adds an appropriate amount of sophistication and fun to any event. Large; is a 5" x 3" x 11.5" (1/2 gallon) bag, adding to the elegance and whimsy at all of life's important milestones.

How do I order multiple flavors and sizes?

The downloadable order form has the ability to accept multiple orders with multiple sizes and flavors.

How are your favors shipped?

Items are shipped UPS ground. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified, please notify us within 3 business days and we will issue a refund or exchange subject to the terms with our Refund Policy. A store pick-up option is also available to you at no additional charge.

What are your shipping costs?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimension of the item, as well as, shipping location. A store pick-up option is also available to you at no additional charge.

How long does it take to process my order?

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless a later specific delivery date has been requested by you. Custom order printed favor bags, may take additional time.

What is your return policy?

We know you and your gift recipients will love Kernel Fabyan's gourmet popcorn. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call or email us within 5 business days of receiving the product and we'll make it right with an appropriate replacement (equal or lesser value) or refund. There are no refunds, replacements, or exchanges after 5 business days from receiving.
